History

The church has been in existence in the USA since June 30^th 2002 by the leadership of Pastor Solomon Asare, Min. John K. O. France and Min. Cecilia Asare (the wife and first lady of W.P.F.M.)

The passion for church planting has been the soul and heart burden of Pastor Solomon Asare when he arrived in the USA.

He began serving in different churches in the New York area. Before starting WPFM, he wanted to serve in those churches for just $20.00 a week to commit to full time service for the Lord, but he was not received.

That therefore led into meeting with Min. Cecilia Asare and Min. John K. O. France. The three begun with fasting and prayers and today, WPFM is moving forward with great and promising expectations.

The church lost Min. John K. O. France on August 10^th of 2012 after a decade of the church’s establishment. He will forever be in our hearts.
